We offer a basic salary of up to £35,000 dependent on experience. Realistic first year earnings are £42,000.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing, motivating and supporting your team to achieve high performance levels
- Overseeing the day to day running of operations, creating a positive, engaged and productive branch in line with company values
- Developing new business whilst maintaining and maximising existing business, both personally and through your team
