In this role you will be reporting to the Regional Operations Manager (ROM). Whilst managing the branch, you will have responsibilities in the areas of Recruitment, Induction, Training and Development of your team.
You will ensure that your team are working within agreed procedures and will have the ability to motivate and engage them to optimise their performance.

About you
We believe you have a professional attitude and a great attention to detail.
You will preferably have had previous experience within the Automotive Trade at a managerial level and will have knowledge of stock management, cost and cash control and the ability to work towards agreed key performance targets.
The position requires a forward thinking, determined individual who is highly organised, able to plan and work on their own initiative and have a good understanding of ISO management procedures.
You must hold a full, valid driving licence and be prepared to undertake the company's pre-employment checks which include the right to work in the UK, identity, financial and basic criminal record, driving licence and employment history checks.
