Branch Manager
Premier Recruitment Solutions are working with a well-known brand within automotive fast fit to recruit a Centre Manager for their Swindon branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of car technology but this is not essential. Demonstrate an ability to achieve sales whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service and quality of work. Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to coach and mentor the team. Knowledge of employment law and health & safety is also desirable.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimumTo ensure all sales targets and KPI's are achievedTo maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basisTo increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with proceduresRecruit and interview all employees for the CentreIdentify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the CompanySupport other Centres, when asked, when necessaryTo adhere to the Company's Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock ControlTo comply with reasonable instructions from ManagementThe company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all timesLiaise with Head Office and other DepartmentsBenefits/Perks:
