Customer Service Administrator - Livingston
£11.50 per hour
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Administrator. The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for providing customer support along with general administrative duties.
Duties to include but are not limited to -
- Providing sales quotes
- Sales order processing
- Dealing with customer queries, emails about orders and deliveries
- Answering the telephone, intercom, greeting customers
- Liaising with the production team and other departments
- Processing purchase orders
- Assisting other colleagues in the team
- Filing
Experience & Skills required
- Experience in Customer Service and Administration
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Microsoft office including, outlook, excel and word
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
