Customer Service Administrator Based in Livingston

If you are passionate about delivering high quality service, our Customer Service Administratorcould be the perfect fit for you!

At JBT we are looking for a dynamic and skilled Customer Service Administratorfor our Customer Care department, who are pivotal to our business. The ideal person for this position would be a problem-solver with a customer-first mindset. Organisational skills are a must, as you will assist in coordinating our service engineers’ activities, support both external and internal customers and keep our systems up to date.

What we’re looking for in a Customer Service Administrator

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ideally experience of working in a service industry previously, but not essential
  • Efficient, with the ability to deal with conflicting demands as well as attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Teamwork makes the dream work!
  • HND or relevant experience in a business administration role

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator

  • General Administration
  • Collaborate with our team to improve Customer Service procedures
  • Deal with invoices for customers and our engineers for van inventory parts and associated labour
  • Prepare service labour quotations for customers, open and close service orders when completed and closing work orders within our business system when complete.
  • Reviewing customer and contractor invoices against budgets and reconciling customer invoices when needed
  • Assisting with travel and accommodation for department personnel and visitors upon request
  • Phone support for customer calls into the office and assigning the calls for follow up
  • Internal Customer support assisting with departmental requests as assigned by service manager.
