Summary:
As our client continues to expand their business, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead a business-to-business wholesale branch environment. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and innovative solutions, our client has built a reputation for excellence in their field.
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and driving overall branch performance. You will lead a small team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive work environment while ensuring the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
This is a Monday - Friday role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales / profit targets for the branch, sticking to set budgets.
Lead and motivate a small team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to optimise their performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients.
Ensure adequate stock levels to meet demand.
Identify and target new business opportunities.
Ensure an outstanding customer experience in line with business standards.
Key Skills/Experience:
Proven experience in a similar role as a Branch Manager, preferably in a B2B / electrical wholesale environment.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Excellent business acumen with a deep understanding of B2B sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform business decisions.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
