Salary: Up to £38,000-£40,000 plus bonus, company car and fuel card
Summary:
As our client continues to expand their business, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead a business-to-business wholesale branch environment. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and innovative solutions, our client has built a reputation for excellence in their field.
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and driving overall branch performance. You will lead a small team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive work environment while ensuring the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
This is a Monday - Friday role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales / profit targets for the branch, sticking to set budgets.
* Lead and motivate a small team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to optimise their performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients.
* Ensure adequate stock levels to meet demand.
* Identify and target new business opportunities.
* Ensure an outstanding customer experience in line with business standards.
Key Skills/Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar role as a Branch Manager, preferably in a B2B / electrical wholesale environment.
* Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
* Excellent business acumen with a deep understanding of B2B sales strategies and customer relationship management.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform business decisions.
* Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
