Client Details
You will be required to perform a variety of duties within the office to help assist the product teams. The job will require you to assist the three key departments of the product team including the marketing department, brand management and garment department so the ability to work on various jobs simultaneously and be comfortable switching between tasks on different days is essential.
Description
- Undertaking all administrative tasks relating to the product teams where required.
- Reviewing all factory certifications and test reports ensuring all are up to date.
- Receiving parcels and recording all development, pre-production, and shipment samples.
- Approvals of labelling and packaging layouts.
- Copy checking of all marketing materials both printed and digital.
- Arranging and sending of customer samples in conjunction with the brand managers.
- Filing of all samples received including lab dips, fabrics, trims and full garment samples.
- Tracking and shipping of parcels to and from our overseas suppliers.
- Corresponding with our overseas agents and suppliers via email.
Profile
A successful Brand Assistant/Administrator should have:
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A creative mindset coupled with analytical abilities
- Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing
- Sound knowledge of the FMCG industry and its latest trends
- Knowledge of Adobe software including InDesign.
