We're expanding our team and recruiting our first Brand Co-ordinator!
You will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating all brand management activities, driving brand consistency with retailers, and ensuring the smooth and efficient admin function at our office.
This is a part time role working 15-22.5 hours per week (equivalent to 2-3 days per week) from our office in Navigation Park, Abercynon - right on the A470. Your preferred working pattern can be discussed at interview.
You will be responsible for Brand & Admin Coordination - Coordinating brand management activities and promoting adherence to brand guidelines with our retailers, working closely with the Account Executive to maximise their time visiting retailers, producing reports, following up on opportunities, managing & rotating stock samples, appointment scheduling, and general administrative tasks.Office Management - Ensuring the organisation and cleanliness of the office to the highest standards, managing and maintaining office supplies & equipment, preparing the office for meetings with clients, presentations & training events, and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.Finances Support - Assisting in managing office budgets & expenses, processing invoices & reports, and assisting in maintaining financial records.
What we're looking for in our ideal candidate
- Our ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within brand coordination, which could be in a Head Office role, as a retail supervisor/manager, in a merchandising role, or will have exceptional knowledge of these functions. You will be familiar with the high standards required in applying and adhering to brand guidelines and able to support other roles to adhere to these.
- You will also have experience in undertaking administrative tasks, and confident in running reports, analysing data, scheduling appointments, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office products (or similarly related applications). Knowledge of data protection and finances would be advantageous and a willingness to learn & develop skills in these areas is essential.
- Knowledge of the jewellery sector is desirable, but it is not essential as full training will be provided.
A little about us We are a successful commercial sales agent representing the leading Italian jewellery brand Nomination Italy SRL, and our role is to identify and shortlist suitable retailers in Wales & the South West to carry the jewellery collections and support them over time in promoting the collections in-store.We're known for our high-quality collections and our customer service. The Brand Coordinator will support us in maintaining these high standards of customer service and ensure compliance standards are adhered to and maintained.
