Job description

Salary on appointment will be £24,715 per annum with an annual increment up to £28,131 per annum.  An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Governance Coordinator to join the Admissions, Recruitment and Marketing Division (ARM) to work as part of the UEA Content & Communications team. This role will help the University to manage its digital assets, multimedia processes and brand governance. Your main responsibilities will be managing the administration and coordination of the University’s Digital Asset Management systems (DAMs) which collectively is the central location for assets including photography, video and brand guidelines. Your other responsibilities will be to coordinate customer service of the University’s Brand Inbox, Creative Supplier Framework and model release consent form processes.  Key duties of the role include:  Manage the Brand e-mail inbox, answering queries and following up on any actions, from across the organisation on brand guidance ensuring high-quality customer service with both external and UEA staff audiences. Working with the Content team and associated users, update DAMS meta-data functionalities to optimise searching abilities for multimedia assets. Work with the Content team provide monthly reporting on multimedia asset performance and manage relevant budgets and support finance administration requests for the Content team when required. Administer and coordinate communications with Creative Supplier Framework enquiries (both staff and suppliers) ensuring high-quality customer service with both suppliers and UEA staff. You will have experience in using a digital management system, this can also include CRM systems. You’ll have experience of researching, gathering and processing information in order to analyse, interpret results and recommend appropriate action, along with experience of managing and reporting on projects to a deadline.  This full-time post is available from 12 February 2024 on a fixed term basis until 31 July 2024.
