Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia PepsiCo Beverages business is big and important to European Franchise Operations. We were and will be a key growth contributor to PepsiCo business in the upcoming years.
You will lead a multi-million Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan business and marketing organization for sustainable and profitable growth in collaboration with our bottling partner. You will shape the future by finding growth opportunities from a consumer insight to the in-market realization. You will use your creativity to connect with local consumers by leveraging global communication assets and developing local ones.

The role in Franchise will give you an opportunity to:

Key responsibilities:
- Supports development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans for assigned brands, maximizing existing knowledge/learning from PepsiCo system (including Brand, Innovation, Portfolio management, PPA, Design, Activations, Campaigns, Promo & pricing) in collaboration with the bottling partner.
- Lead the execution of AOP plans to ensure delivery of set KPIs with the cross functional team and bottler.
- Develop communication strategy, implement it (including creative development, digital strategy, media strategy, total connection planning, PR)
- Support innovation projects through the stage gate process.
- Collaborate with PepsiCo internal team and the bottler’s Marketing and Commercial teams to achieve the above objectives.
- Lead alignment of marketing activities with bottler partner and supervise execution ensuring delivery of aligned activity KPIs
- Effectively managing the brands budget, and ensure compliance with all controls.
Требования:Ideally you have the following:
- Marketing experience 3+ years incl. 1+ years of Brand Management Role
- Fluent Russian and English languages.
- Experience in Beverages is a plus
- Strategic planning
- Brand, category management, product and brand development, ATL and BTL activities planning and execution
- Strong execution and project management skills
- A high level of self-motivation, initiative, and leadership, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
