- Develops and aligns with Marketing Manager, a medium and long term strategy for respective brand that fits to UK market needs, is aligned to global brand strategy and delivers against agreed commercial targets.
Planning
- Develops and implements the annual marketing plans and activity ensuring alignment to agreed brand strategy and commercial targets.
Campaign delivery
- Delivers best in class campaigns, in line with EUNA direction, landing key messages, using the most relevant mix of media and creative assets.
Consumer Insights
- Generates excellent insights through an in-depth understanding of consumer needs and attitudes, and leverages insights to execute business plans in the UK market.
New Product Launches
- Identify, evaluate and implement new product launches/re-launches to maximise performance in line with business objectives, ensuring sales, supply chain and finance are aligned in order to maximise the success of the launch.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitors and reports on brand performance developing interventions to improve performance and address issues. Monitors competitor activity so as to develop and share insights that initiate further opportunities.
Budget Management
- Manages specific brand’s Marketing budget in line with agreed parameters, making recommendations to the Marketing Manager to avoid overspends or underspends and protect profit if needed.
Relationship Management
- Develops long term relationships with third party agencies to ensure best in class service and return on investment.
International Collaboration
- Collaborates with global marketing teams to influence the development of strategy and communication that fits to the UK market.
