Our Ledbury based client is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-confessed foodie to join our industry disrupting client as they make steps to grow their global brand awareness.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to build and strengthen brand identity, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. You will be confident in conducting market research, analysing consumer insights, and leveraging creative tactics to effectively communicate the brand's values and differentiate it in the marketplace.
What you can expect:
- Salary: circa £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Working hours: 8am – 4pm/9am - 5pm (30mins for lunch), depending on candidate preference

What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute Brand Marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Working collaboratively within the wider sales and marketing team to support in delivering the marketing strategy
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the online presence
- Create compelling and engaging content that communicates the brand's story and values
- Design marketing content and assets and undertake shoot styling duties alongside basic editing for all channels, including website, social media, and email marketing
- Continuously innovate and explore new marketing channels and tactics to enhance brand visibility and relevance
- Analyse online data and insights regularly
What we looking for:
- Commercial aware with proven experience in a marketing role
- Generalist marketing experience with exposure to brand, social media, and strategic marketing practices
- A creative individual with flair and the ability to execute their plans
- Ideally experienced in using marketing software, including social media platforms
- Basic Photoshop skills would be advantageous
