Cleaning Supervisor And Waste Administrator

MSS Facilities Ltd and the RSK Group are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor and Waste Administrator to join the team based in Rockwool, Bridgend, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position. Monday - Friday 2pm - 9pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising Cleaning Staff: Directly manage and oversee the performance of cleaning personnel, including assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the quality of cleaning services provided, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse cleaning performance metrics, such as completion rates, cleanliness scores, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and maintain cleaning schedules, ensuring adequate coverage to meet facility needs while optimising efficiency and resource allocation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Familiarity with site-specific requirements, chemical usage, and adherence to COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff, management, and clients
• Demonstrated track record in training personnel, ensuring they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.
• Established rapport with both employees and customers, fostering positive relationships.
• Proficiency in people management and development, nurturing the growth and performance of cleaning staff.
