Main duties and responsibilities
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to
- Manage employee relations matters, fostering a positive and inclusive work
- Analyze HR data and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on employment law and best practices.
- Work on new idea's and projects
Requirements
- A recent graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
- A passion for people and a desire to make a positive impact on an organization.
