A property brand with a difference, private equity backed, they plan to quadruple in size over the next 5 years. They have a strong culture, very positive, with a supportive, collaborative environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work across all brand and marketing activity. Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing plans to further establish the brand, manage marketing budgets and ensuring the brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing channels, as well as reporting on all activity, ensuring maximum ROI to support sales growth.
You
They’re looking for a Brand Marketer with good all-round knowledge, and you must have gained some experience marketing within the property sector. Ideally you’ll have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar, hands-on, busy environment. You’ll be a dynamic team player with a good positive attitude, who enjoys a varied role where you can get stuck in. A good communicator, you’ll be comfortable expressing your opinions in a positive environment where you’ll be encouraged to contribute to the success of the brand. There will be some travel involved, mainly across Northern England.
