The Advocate Group are partnered with a UK leading drinks distributor, on the hunt for an experienced Brand Manager to lead two newly acquired brands in their portfolio.

This BRAND NEW role is an opportunity for a driven FMCG marketing professional to level up their career and work on two super exciting globally successful drinks brands.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that align with market trends and consumer preferences
• Establish strong relationships with both suppliers and major grocery retailers
• Enhance the brands presence and visibility in the UK market, driving consistent brand messaging and campaigns.
• Work closely with Sales, Distributors, and Customers to communicate brand strategies and product information
• Plan and manage marketing endeavours such as POS and brand ambassadors
• Develop and execute online marketing initiatives, as well as trade communications and PR efforts.

Person:

• Previous trade marketing or brand management experience in an FMCG business
• Experience working with major UK grocery retailers is essential
• Well-versed in briefing and managing external agency partners
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Creative thinking and ability to innovate
• Negotiation skills and stakeholder management expertise
