Copello have partnered with an award-winning channel marketing agency, in the recruitment of a Marketing Campaigns Manager, to join their business based in Basingstoke.
Working closely with well known tech clients to create effective and attractive campaigns. Working closely with the creative team to bring campaigns to life.
Experience:
- 3-5 years B2B IT marketing experience, ideally as a marketing manager, Campaign Manager or something similar. You will need to know the IT industry and understand how it fits together.
- Campaign creation, build and execution. You’ll need to know how to create and run multi-channel campaigns that land well with the target audience.
- An understanding of marketing automation and the tech that supports it. Email, digital, LinkedIn, Content Syndication etc.
- Marketing qualification (CIM, IDM, Mini-MBA, Degree etc.) advantageous but not essential.
Skills
- Clear communicator. Building relationships is a key part of the success of the role – internally and externally. You really need to be able to connect with people, both written and verbal.
- Able to handle complexity. With multiple campaigns on the go at any one time you will need the mental strength and agility to switch from project to project quickly and be at ease with that.
- Idea generator, ability to bring new ideas to the table. You’ll need to be able to brainstorm with energy and follow-through with bringing your campaigns to life.
- Excellent spelling and communication skills. You’ll also need to read copy, understand it, and evaluate it, so a good understanding of what great copy looks like is important.
