Role Overview
Prepare and deliver breakfast and assist senior kitchen staff in all culinary aspects ensuring a smooth and efficient breakfast service. Commitment to Quality All team members are expected to care for our customers in a friendly, helpful, efficient and professional manner at all times
Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude:
Prepare all food for the breakfast service
- Deliver the food for breakfast
- Strive to anticipate customer needs whenever possible and react to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure the kitchen is adequately stocked with all necessary goods
- Give full co-operation to any customer or colleague requiring assistance in a prompt, caring manner
- Perform all tasks to a consistent standard as detailed within the Department of the Hotel
- Report all maintenance requirements and hazards in the workplace to the Sous Chef or Head Chef
