Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the food preparation and production in our restaurant. You will also be responsible for supervising and leading a team of kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our customers. Duties: - Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals according to recipes and customer preferences - Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow - Train new kitchen staff members on proper food preparation techniques and safety procedures - Assist in menu planning, ensuring variety and creativity in dishes offered - Monitor food production to maintain consistent quality standards - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials - Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock rotation Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and culinary trends - Excellent understanding of food safety practices and regulations - Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Exceptional attention to detail and creativity in food presentation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred, but not required If you are a talented Chef with a passion for creating exceptional dishes and leading a team, we would love to hear from you.
