We are looking for a Breakfast Chefto join our team at Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club, set in the countryside just 7 miles from Edinburgh city centre!
If you have bags of character, are enthusiastic, and have some kitchen experience then this could be the ideal role for you!
Person Specification:
- Previous experience working or similar environment preferred
- Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Innovative
- Pro-active and reliable
- Able to work alone and within a team
- Good level of English essential
Job Description:
- To ensure that all tasks given by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef are completed in a timely manner and to the highest standard.
- To ensure that communication is maintained with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef.
- To ensure that all food handled within the section is handled in a hygienic manner.
- To ensure that all current legislation – Health, Safety and Hygiene is followed.
- To carry out other duties as may be required to ensure the Hotel Operation is properly maintained to provide total guest satisfaction.
