Position Bridge and Coffee Shop Supervisor
Permanent 40 hours over 5 days.

Schools & Youth groups visit us throughout the year, with thousands of children and young people enjoying an unforgettable experience, exploring the water on dinghies, paddleboards, kayaks and more. We are a growing charity with lots of exciting plans for 2024.
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Bridge and Coffee Shop Supervisor to join team UKSA. Candidates will have a good understanding of bar licensing regulations, be professional and courteous and experience of working in a similar environment.
We are looking to appoint someone who is a motivated, has excellent customer service skills, can grow income and develop the product being offered and can work independently.

Key roles:
- To ensure efficient customer service to promote all products in the bar
- To remain professional and courteous whilst delivering excellent customer service
- To keep all stock items and monies secure at all times
- To manage and stock vending machines
- Grow income through Bridge and Coffee Shop
- Complete rota for cover and oversee staff
- Clean and tidy environment
- Develop the offer being sold to UKSA customers and staff
