The post holder will be responsible for managing the encompass Programme Management Office (PMO) and will support the Programme by providing an effective and professional PMO service to the Project and Programme Managers.The post holder will form part of a team of PMO managers who will support the Programme and Project Managers in relation to governance, finance, quality, risk management, contracts management, resource and work planning and control, budget management and change management.The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of the PMO function providing a centralised support to administer and co-ordinate project tracking, produce and maintain core project documentation and provide key metrics and reports.The post holder will have a culture of team working, continuous improvement and innovation, and the ability to prioritise tasks..

A university degree And 2 years relevant experience Or an HND or equivalent recognised qualification And 3 years relevant experience Or 5 years relevant experienceAt least 6 months experience in the use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint , Demonstrate proven track record in experience in one or more of the following four areas; Quality management, Risk Management, Communications management, Finance and Contract Management
