OB TITLE: Building Control Officer (Allied Functions)

1 x Full time Position: 37 hours per week

SALARY: Scale PO2, NJC Spinal Column Points 31-34, £39,186-£42,403 (plus 19% employer pension contribution)

You will participate in the provision of an efficient, effective, economic and equitable Building Control Service and to assess plans and fees and inspect building work to ensure compliance with Building Regulations. You will provide other technical expertise and services, and participate in business development projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Building Control Service via quality initiatives, innovation projects, joint stakeholder and partnership initiatives and performance management application.

In return you will be offered a salary of £39,186 - £42,403 per annum (Full Time Equivalent) – with a 19% Employer pension contribution in addition!
