Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential building, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the building, including contracting with vendors and scheduling services.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
- Maintain accurate records of building expenses, income, and tenant communications.
- Assist in coordinating move-in and move-out processes for tenants, including inspections and security deposit handling.
- Ensure common areas are clean, well-maintained, and inviting for residents.
- Handle emergencies and security issues effectively, implementing necessary protocols to ensure resident safety.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants to encourage retention and satisfaction.
Work/Life Balance:
This role offers a fantastic work/life balance. The hours for the role are predominantly Monday to Friday (some flexibility around this is required for the occasional weekend day)
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 DOE + 20% Bonus
