Form of workWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Building Services Manager to join our North west business out of Liverpool in a role that will cover a wide variety of projects across the region.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent
What will you be responsible for?
As Building Services Manager will work closely with project teams to oversee management of the commissioning process and compliance of as built and maintenance manuals. offering subject matter expertise on MEP for new build and refurbishment projects that may be between £10M - £80M in value.
What will your day to day include?:
- Assisting with the selection of sub-contractors to tender from the supply chain.
- Responsible for Assisting with the management of the commissioning process and compliance of as built and maintenance manuals.
- Collate the team project reports and provide a summary report to the relevant director relating to the projects that you are aligned to.
- Work closely with Design Teams to assist in Design Management of specific M&E Packages
- Review technical submittals from sub-contractors and provide input to bids / pre construction/ project teams.
- Manage co-ordination of M&E Services on sites in conjunction with day to day project delivery team
- Checking quality of installations by sub contractors on site
- Manage commissioning and sign off BS systems.
What are we looking for?
This role of Building Services Manager is great for you if:
- Qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Discipline to appropriate level (Degree, NVQ/HND/HNC/CIBSE)
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E Design and Installations,
- Delivery of large Building Services packages valued £5M +
- Good understanding of full Building Services – Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC systems
- Experience working within a main contracting environment, managing specialist sub contract partners.
- Experience of working on projects from tender / pre construction through to delivery and handover
