Building Support Administrator
Brook Street are looking for two experienced and reliable administrators to join a fantastic team on a temporary basis. You will work between to sites between the hours of 8AM and 8PM Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. You will be a key member of staff by providing an excellent front of house service and overseeing building tasks to ensure operational requirements are met
What will you do as Building Support Administrator?
- Assist with event arrangement and set up
- Respond to alarms (not fire alarms)
- Be a trusted key holder, open and close buildings
- Take deliveries, manage, and control stock
What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Customer service experience
- Manual handling experience
- A driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential
