One of the leading Facilities Management companies who are based in Grimsby are currently looking to employ a Building Surveyor to join the team on a temporary basis. The main purpose of the role will be to assist to develop plans to support specific DFG construction work.

Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm

Duties:

• Experience and qualification Auto CAD/2D & 3D packages.
• Experience in a building design or maintenance environment with experience in a variety of property construction projects.
• IT skills and experience of working with database systems are essential in ensuring an effective service.
• An understanding of relevant legislation and regulations is essential.
• Numeracy, statistical, communication and presentation skills are desirable.
• Experience of Building Regulations and planning applications is desirable.
• Experience of CDM Regulations 2015 is desirable.
• HNC Building Technology or a related qualification with supported experience is desirable.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and organise work to achieve deadlines
• Adaptable to change and new ways of working
• Flexible to meet the needs of the service.
