Description
- Conduct regular surveys of premises to identify maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with the facilities management team to plan and execute maintenance works.
- Supervise maintenance projects to ensure completion within the set deadlines and budget.
- Prepare reports on the condition of the stores and propose improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during maintenance works.
- Work closely with store managers to minimise disruption during maintenance.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of the company's sustainability initiatives in the stores.
Profile
A successful Maintenance Surveyor should have:
- A degree in Building Surveying, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- A good understanding of the retail industry and its maintenance requirements.
- Strong project management skills.
