SalaryWe are currently partnering with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy based in South East London, who are recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of £45,000 to £70,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting in establishing the client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
- Preparing and producing specifications for works, tender and contract documents
- Coordinating members of the design team and project stakeholders
- Writing reports and preparing documents (plans, contracts, budgets etc)
- Analysing site activities; prepare progress reports on time, quality and cost of projects
- Conducting site visits, assessments and projections for future work
Experience required:
- Experience working within the private sector
- Ideally Chartered (MCIOB or MRICS)
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Building safety act regulations
- Financial management and budgeting
- Contract administration
- Specification writing
