Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Business Administration Apprentice within our marketing department to join the Langley team on a full time, 18-month fixed term basis.
Business Administration Apprentice (Marketing Department)
This is an apprenticeship program offering a fixed term 18-month contract from start date and pays the National Living Wage of £21,410 (Note: From April 2024 this will increase to £22,071.09 per year in line with the increase of NLW). Successfully passing the apprenticeship program will award you with a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
As an apprentice to the busy Business Administration Department, you will gain experience with all aspects of the business side of the college. Particularly you will be supporting the Marketing and School’s Liaison Team.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Setting up and management of application systems for events.
- Assisting in the pre-planning and set-up of internal events.
- Supporting the Schools Liaison team with external events including outreach to local schools to promote the College.
- Assistance in coordinating market research to identify interest and uptake for current and future services and benchmark against competitor colleges.
- Work closely with our in-house designer and external agencies to produce digital and print content and collateral.
- Support our social media and Marketing Manager with competitor analysis, Google analytics and social media insights.
The successful applicant must have GCSE or Equivalent English and Maths grades 9 – 4 as well as exceptional Communication and Organisational skills. Alongside a demonstrably strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
