About the Role
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will support the Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Team and Safer Public Realm Team with day-to-day administrative functions including:
- Ensuring all general enquiries are dealt with appropriately.
- Providing support to team members with the intake of work by opening new cases, supporting progression of cases and closing of case, including support the Closed Case Survey process.
- Ensuring all relevant financial transactions are processed, including raising invoices, processing deposits, and raising purchase orders & receipting purchase orders.
- Support the Team Leaders with the compilation of management information, including managing Databases and producing reports.
- Providing digital support to the teams, including monitoring Reporting Apps, updating Housing IT systems and Microsoft Systems used by the Service.
- Updating ASB related promotional information and ensure it is distributed appropriately.
- Supporting the preparation and delivery of Anti-Social Behaviour related community events and activities and communication campaigns.
- Setting up and supporting meetings as and when required.
The successful candidate will be supported in undertaking the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
Our Apprenticeship scheme provides a perfect way to earn a wage while you gain vital work experience and a nationally recognised qualification. You will be fully supported and mentored through your apprenticeship and be given time off to complete your training.
About you
We are looking for candidates who have preferably hold Maths and English qualifications or will be willing to complete these as part of the apprentice role and have experience of using Microsoft Office programmes. You will have good communication skills, are customer service focussed and able to demonstrate positive working relationships with colleagues. Being able to manage your time and organise and prioritise your workload will be key to this role!
