AMH Interiors are offering a Fantastic Opportunity to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice within their team to help support the smooth running of the office. AMH Interiors are commercial design and interior fit out specialists. They boast an impressive portfolio of projects and love helping businesses create beautiful spaces to work in.
Responsibilities
You will play an essential role in the running of the office and will enjoy getting stuck into a variety of tasks aswell as learning along the way. Working from the office 5 days a week, you will support the office and administration Team with the following responsibilities:
Communicating with customers and suppliers
General administration in the office
Issuing purchase orders
Preparing quotes
Ordering supplies
Answering the phone
Monitoring emails
Producing documents in Word, Adobe and PowerPoint
Working with spreadsheets in Excel
Person specification
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good English and grammar
Great attention to detail
Confident telephone manner
A 'can-do' attitude
Taking initiative
IT literate
English language qualification
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
A driving licence is essential
Business Administration Training
You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Business Administration Level 3 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships are an Ofsted Outstanding rated training provider and hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021.
The programme is designed to mould you into a high-level, all-rounded business professional. You will learn in detail about business communication, organisation, managing change, problem-solving & much more.
These modules are designed to jump-start your career and make you stand out in an increasingly competitive field, boosting your future earning potential.
Progression
AMH value development and are looking for an apprentice to develop into a more senior role for the right candidate. The team are growing and they are looking for someone to come in, make the role their own and grow alongside the business.
