Job Title – Business Administration Apprentice

Salary – £12,000 per annum for the first year, then rising to Real Living Wage

Location - Crewe

About the role

To prove administrative support the operational management team in our Crewe HQ. This will involve tasks such as organisation and distribution of inbound post, fleet and driver administration, conference room management, visitor support, starter and leaver maintenance.

What you will be doing

· Open all inbound post and scan, distribute and file to recipient departments on a daily basis

· Manage the process for allocating road traffic fines to the relevant department manager

· Manage the vehicle database to ensure all vehicles are correctly insured and off hired at the end of their rental period

· Carry out administration for all vehicle MOT’s ensuring they are booked in prior to expiry date

· Manage fleet training and risk assessment data base for new starters

· Manage meeting rooms to ensure they are all clean d tidy and that where appropriate refreshment are available

· Support the billing team when required with data entry of patient banking information.

· Carry out regular infection control bio fogging on the second floor

Support the Executive Assistant with employee birthday card process
