Job description

Why our client?

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Business Administrator Apprentice with a focus on customer care. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in Business Administration while developing essential customer service skills. You will support various administrative functions and assist with providing exceptional customer care to their clients.

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning and document management
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in person
  • Maintain customer records and update databases
  • Coordinate scheduling and appointments for clients and team members
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes, including generating invoices, processing payments, and resolving billing discrepancies
  • Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and reconciling inventory discrepancies

What do they need from you?

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a friendly professional manor

Salary:

£16,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
