NRL have an exciting opportunity for a full time Business Administrator to join our rapidly growing Woking team, as the branch expands to meet a sustained increase in workload. This role will provide vital support to the recruitment and compliance teams, ensuring all data and reporting is captured and tracked - as well as up-holding admin functions and invoicing processes. About the role:
• Creating reports on compliance / database data through Microsoft office (Word / Excel)
• MI / BI reporting as required (Quarterly reporting, client specific reporting, Strategy updates via our portals – training provided)
• Support with resolving issues with invoicing processes for specific clients
• Answering incoming calls in a professional manner – transferring calls to colleagues or taking messages
• Maintaining our candidate and client database
• Tracking & updating of all candidate compliance required
• Maintaining and tracking all operational spreadsheets
• Handling email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Updating and tracking our Agency Worker Regulations (AWR) report (full training provided)
• Other ad-hoc administrative support when required
What we’re looking for:
• Payroll / invoicing experience
• Previous experience creating various reports
• Experience in Microsoft office especially Word, Outlook at an intermediate level
• Experience utilising Excel for tracking and manipulation of data / information
• Ability to work under instruction, but on own initiative when required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and cope with a changing workload
• Ability to prioritise workload
