Business Administrator Apprentice - Level 3
This vacancy is for a Business Administration Apprentice based in Blackpool. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to support the business with general administrative duties as well as other ad-hoc duties defined by management.

Our client was founded in its present format in 1982. It quickly gained a reputation for being capable of tackling more than just the routine compliance functions and is now one of the largest independent firms of accountants on the Fylde coast in Lancashire. From their location in Blackpool they provide accountancy services to companies and individuals throughout England.
The role:
Possible start date: 08.04.2024
Monday - Friday, 8:45am to 5.00pm.
Total hours per week: 36.5
The general administration duties within this role may include:
Filing - both accountancy and insolvency paperwork (if departments require it)Photocopying/scanning documentsTaking banking - cash/card handling (as/when required)Distribution of completed work by Admin Manager to relevant colleaguesIncoming post to be split into departments, to be date stamped, scanned and sent to relevant recipientsEmailing clients with forward on postMaking sure books/records & deliveries go to the correct department/staff memberSetting up and maintenance of new/existing client's details on Practice ManagementCreating physical client filesPreparing 'packs' to mail outArchiving and maintenance of archived files unit and databaseOrdering stock, stationery, shredding maintenanceReception cover - answering calls, typing, assisting client, etc (as/when required)General assistance to the Administration Team and other colleagues
The training you will receive:
Level 3 Business Administration qualificationAll training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes Functional skills in English & maths if required
