The working hours are 9am - 5pm between Monday to Friday, one day hybrid working with flexibility around hours (which are subject to business needs) and part time may be considered.
Your new role
As Business Administrator your duties will include completing team assignments, liaising with different departments, collecting data and action any outstanding tasks, whilst work collectively as a team to achieve best practice by offering solutions to any hurdles or issues.
You be the initial point of contact & deal appropriately with all incoming calls from customers and will be the direct support for other administration teams.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in securing this position, you must have excellent attention to detail and be able to identify any errors and to have the ability to second check work and to take ownership.
All data received must be calculated correctly, therefore, a good track record of working to tight deadlines, having good time management, and managing multiple priorities.
As well as tactfully and professionally overcoming objections, along with a basic knowledge of IT systems. You should be comfortable speaking to customers and be passionate about Customer Service, with a 'Can Do' positive attitude at all times.
