Business Administrator Maidstone / Hybrid 25-30k pro rata
Cobb & Jones Recruitment are a successful and growing finance recruitment consultancy based in Turkey Mill in Maidstone, Kent. Established in 2018, with a team of 6, we are now looking to appoint a capable Business Administrator to join us on a Part Time basis and we can offer flexibility of days / hours depending on the individual.
With the ability to add value and promote the importance of strong organisational skills, key responsibilities will include:
- Monthly and weekly business reporting
- Invoicing
- Formatting of candidate CVs
- Assisting consultants with organising and arranging candidate interviews
- Maintaining company policies and procedures
- Managing health and safety and company insurance policies
- Managing compliance, to include passport and qualification confirmation details for candidates and ensuring we are meeting GDPR legislation
- Pro-actively developing the database, adding and updating companies, contacts and candidates where relevant
- Updating PSL information and requirements with clients
- Ad-hoc project based work
Candidates will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and previous experience in an office administrative role. Good working knowledge of the basics of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook will be key. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail orientated individual to work within a positive and motivated environment.
