The business is looking to recruit a reliable and enthusiastic Business Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will support the group with a wide variety of key administrative tasks, providing first-class administration across the teams.

Duties include:
- Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements for team members across the business
- Internal and external event management, including venue hire and booking vendors.
- Facilities management including office and kitchen supplies and ordering as required
- Assisting with workforce planning for Production department.
- Assisting with Fire Safety and Health and Safety where required
- Managing internal communications through employee portals
- Supporting the HR team with a variety of recruitment tasks including setting up interviews, note taking and shortlisting.
- Assisting with HR administration tasks where required
- Scheduling meetings and note taking
- Occasional reception and front of house duties
- Ad-hoc Admin duties as required across all business areas.
Requirements:
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Good understanding of IT systems
- Strong interpersonal skills - socially interactive and able to liaise with all kinds of people
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Able to work efficiently & confidently alone as well as part of a team
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise important tasks
