Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a tech and media giant who are recruiting for a Business Analyst based in the heart of Central London. On an initial 12 month contract basis, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis using spreadsheets and SQL to support business decisions. Develop, maintain, and improve measurement and reporting systems.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive business initiatives. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making.
• Develop and deliver high-quality slide presentations and decision-making memos that effectively communicate analytical insights and business recommendations.
• Manage and support various analytical and program management initiatives to drive business impact.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance data analytics and reporting capabilities.

Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytical and/or program management roles within a corporate or consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, measurement, and reporting, including advanced expertise with spreadsheets and SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating slide presentations and brief decision-making memos.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders, driving alignment and effective decision-making.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
