Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership, build collaborative relationships, and develop methodologies for business analysis.
• Ensure clear communication of analytical requirements, coordinate resources, and lead projects.
• Inspire teams to achieve goals through innovation and deliver regular updates to stakeholders and department directors. 
• Act as a specialist, focusing on cutting-edge appraisal work. 

Business Research and Analysis:

• Lead comprehensive business research, analyse industry trends, and produce high-quality market research.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and apply standards, methods, and tools for analysis.
• Develop value propositions and business models, formulate roadmaps, and produce detailed business analysis.
• Lead investigations, stakeholder analysis, requirements analysis, and document workflows.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Highly experienced Business Analyst with proven commercialisation success.
• Strong project leadership skills in a matrix-based environment.
• Thorough understanding of research methodologies, strategic analysis, and passion for research.
• Demonstrable experience in capturing and defining business requirements.
• Proficient in Business Process Analysis, with an organised approach and attention to detail.
