We’re looking to hire a Business Analyst to assist the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer and take the lead in making crucial decisions. You’ll become a key role model and brand ambassador to highlight the ethos, culture and purpose of our company.
This role is an immediate start.

As our new Business Analyst, you will:

• Maintain/manage databases and data feeds and analyse output
• Build Excel-based models as required by the business
• Support the client teams in the use of all automation tools
• Work independently and/or with third party IT consultants in designing, building, testing and implementing systems/processes to improve business efficiency
• Develop new tools predominantly in Python but also VBA to enhance the automation workflow
• Engage in commercial meetings with strategic partners and assist in note-taking / follow up work
• Act as first-line support for the client teams for all internal VBA reporting engines, helping them troubleshoot issues with a fast response time
• Assist in account admin tasks for the investment platform including password resets and troubleshooting

As our new Business Analyst, we’d be impressed if you:

• Have a strong knowledge of Excel and complex Excel functions
• Can develop large VBA macros/functions and SQL Queries
• Have general coding experence (preferably object-orientated programming including Python)
• Are a strong problem solver with the ability to work under pressure
• Are a great communicator
