If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! The Parliamentary Digital Service is looking to recruit a Business Analyst to work within a large digital investment portfolio. Specifically we are seeking a person to work with our telephony team, delivering new and innovative digital voice services to Parliament.
In this role , you will join our community to provide cross functional business analysis services for identifying, implementing, and embedding new ways of working and processes to ensure continuous improvement for our business areas. You will use your business analysis skills:
- to understand business problems, improve processes and identify viable technical solutions to drive successful change
- ensuring that solutions meet the needs and standards for business areas across both Houses of Parliament
- bring innovation, creativity and problem solving to all aspects of their work
- undertake cross functional business analysis to elicit business requirements and end-user needs within areas of service transformation
What You Need
To be successful in this role you will have:
- experience of applying business analysis skills in agile and waterfall delivery environments
- experience of applying business analysis to investigate, articulate and improve business solutions
- ability to capture and refine processes and data, applying creative thinking to redesign a process to be more efficient and effective, presenting proposals in a concise manner
- excellent oral communication skills along with good planning and organisational skills
- the ability to pass security clearance, backed by the right to work in the UK

The Digital Service is a cross Parliamentary organisation that supports and maintains the digital and data infrastructure so that democracy can take place. It has a diverse and exciting range of services and has an ambitious portfolio of digital projects to support them. It has a thriving Business Analyst community of practice to support, develop and enable professionals across the organisation.
