Based at our Head Office in Borehamwood, this varied role will see you running workshops, such as discover sessions to understand process, and translate these into process maps and operating procedures.
You will also:
- Drive change initiatives by communicating proposed changes, provide training and support to stakeholders, and ensure smooth transition to new processes.
- Support with data cleansing processes, data migration and testing.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and policies.
What you will get:
