Business Analyst

We are currently working on behalf of out trusted client who are looking for a Business Analyst. Join our client, a leading player in the pet health services and insurance industry, as they aim to secure the coveted position of the UK's number 1 Pet Insurer.

What You Can Expect

• Work Type - Fixed term contract until December 2024
• Salary - £65k
• Location - Hatfield

Main Responsibilities as a Business Analyst

• Creation of User Stories.
• Support of Test.
• Working with Client and Vendor Teams.
• Workshop facilitation.
• Analysis and creation of Business Processes.
• To ensure clear communication of requirements to both technical and business audiences.
• Working closely with front end development teams to document technical requirements and solutions on web.
• Using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Experience & Skills Required

• Insurance experience.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in documenting requirements in a formalised method.
• Experience in workshop facilitation.
