Business Analyst – InsureTech
The Orbis Product Recruitment Team is currently working on mandates for three Business Analysts for an InsureTech customer.
The firm builds SaaS solutions for insurance and reinsurance clients across the Lloyds market (Commercial Insurances/Reinsurance/Brokers). Amongst a data migration to Azure and other technology enhancements to better their product offering, they’re building 0 to 1 data/AI features.
The company is looking for three Business Analysts to work across their cross-functional teams helping to map out their product lifecycle processes, processes within the insurance lifecycle, and across third party software. The roles sit within the product function, so there will be work with some of the product teams as well.
Experience working as a BA within commercial insurance, underwriting, and/or broking is absolutely essential – we’re looking for BAs working in general, P&C, Marine, and Non-life insurance in London companies and Lloyd’s of London ideally.
Based in the City of London, the role comes with plenty of flexibility. The ability to get to the office 1 day a week would be good, but there is more flexibility if needed (though the role isn’t fully remote).
The target salary range is £40,000 to £60,000 with some flexibility depending on the level of experience.
