About The Role
- Participate in discussions with clients and the management team regarding content and findings in reports.
- Oversee the collection of data from various business systems, including: Salesforce.
- Support with auditing, maintenance and management system information used to generate MI.
- Ensure robust procedures are in place to allow provision of accurate reports, working to identify areas of improvement.
- Support in the monitoring and adherence to business KPI's, measuring and reporting progress against KPI's.
- Prepare reports in various formats, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
About you:
- Excellent IT skills including MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Understanding of data management and statistical analysis
- Precise attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with writing macros
- Experience with process automation
- Ability to travel locally as required
