Business Analyst

Deerfoot IT Recruitment seeks a collaborative and experienced Business Analyst to join our client's inclusive and thriving team within the wealth management industry. This hybrid Business Analyst role is based in Bath and offers an attractive salary of up to 65K and benefits package. As a Business Analyst, you will support Product Owners and Project Managers with change initiatives, from idea to implementation and measuring success. You will also use business analysis techniques to ensure a focus on delivering business value in line with company strategy and Product Owner roadmaps.

In your first few weeks in this Business Analyst role, you can expect to:

• Utilise 'As Is' and 'To Be' process mapping
• Conduct Data Analysis
• Facilitate Workshops with SME's
• Conduct Impact Analysis
• Ensure adequate metrics and measures are available to verify success.

To apply for this Business Analyst role, you will need to have some of the following:

• Third-party/Supplier Management experience
• Agile and Waterfall Development and Project Methodologies knowledge
• Lean process engineering
• SQL/Query skills
• Regulated change experience
• Lean Process Engineering experience with Azure DevOps experience using BDD/Gherkin syntax.
