A company that Hays is exclusively working with is looking to expand their technical team to support a "Consent Platform" integration project. The company specialises in the food manufacturing & retail industry and is located in the Southwest of England. They want to add a proactive BA to their team to help guide the project from end-to-end - YOU could be the perfect fit!
Your new role
- Business Analyst - Consent Project (6 months, Hybrid)
- Manage the business aspects of the "consent" project, ensuring it meets user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders (marketing, IT, technical teams) to translate user needs into technical requirements.
- Support the full project life cycle from planning to implementation and testing.
- Produce documentation and play a key role in change management.
What you'll need to succeed
Technical Skills:
- Directly experienced with supporting the implementation of a global consent platform to increase efficiency within the business.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Project, Visio), JIRA, Confluence (or similar).
- Working knowledge of XML, JavaScript, relational databases, and SQL.
- Experience with object-oriented design and UML.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Adaptability to changing targets and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- The ability to translate user needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
Education & Experience:
- HND / Honours Degree in Computer Science or related field (or relevant experience).
What you'll get in return

- £350 - £450 per day Inside IR35, D.O.E.
- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
